We want all our customers to be happy and satisfy with our products. If you are not, you may return or refund the product along with the receipt.
30-day return policy:
All products sold in the U.S.A are guaranteed 30-day after the product is received to return or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If the Product is returned sealed, unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging in accordance with this policy, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid (does not include shipping fee), which refund will be made in the original method of payment.
We do not offer refunds for damaged products.
What we consider as damaged products:
- Opened or used items
- Damaged items
- Relabeled or marked by other dealers or retailers
- Appearance or internal damaged items
- Any items that are no longer produce after the purchase
- Unsealed or opened items
Please make sure the product is in the original condition along with the above requirements.
If the QR code on the activation card has been activated, then we will not provide any return or refund since there is a limitation on the activation card. We cannot offer any refund if the product is used or damaged.
