What is AR?

AR technology (also known as AR), is a technology that seamlessly combine the real world and virtual world, making realistic virtual images appear in real world scenes through smart devices. This enables a realistic experience for users.


Before using the product, what should I be aware of?

Before downloading the app, please check if your device meets our system requirements (see instruction sheet found in your product). Also, please ensure that you close other running app before using our app.

I cannot download the app, what should I do?

Method 1: Use cellular data, and ensure you are downloading under good connection. (Data service fee may apply depending on your service plan)
Method 2: Turn on WIFI on your device, and download the app. For instructions, please refer to the instruction sheet provided in your product.

The app was download but it is not installing to my device.

  1. Check that you have sufficient storage space on your device.
  2. There may be an error in the downloaded file, please delete the old file, and re-download.”

I have more than one mobile device,can I use your product on all of my devices?

As long as you purchased a valid product, you can activate the product n multiple device. There is, however, a limit of five devices that can be activated on each product.

What are our require equipments for our products?

After installing the app, how should I use the activation card?

Every product comes with an activation card, you will need stable internet connection to activate your product. When the app the running, please ensure you are connected to a stable internet service. Click “start” to turn on your camera, aim and scan the activation card, your app will be activated automatically.

Is it harmful for the childrens’ eyesight?

When children are using any of our product, they will be constantly switching cards or coloring. It is very unlikely that they will be staring the device continuously. We do, however, advise a 5-10 minutes breaks after 15 minutes use of our product.

Can I scan any of the AR In-vision cards with the Color Pop app?

Unfortunately, each product corresponds to their own app only.

My device is turning warm after running the app.

It is normal for your device to turn warm running any app, rising temperature is related to the cooling system of your device. If your device does turn warm, we suggest you quit the app and continue after it cools down.

I cannot seem to verify the app on my device, it keeps reminding me to verify.

  1. You will need to verify the app under stable Internet connection
  2. If problem persists, and your camera seems to be out of focus, try to turn on Auto-Focus for your device’s camera.

If I install and uninstall the app on the same device, will it take up another quota for verification?

There is a limitation on verification on devices, not numbers of verfication. If you do re-install on an already-verified device, there will be no problem, and it will not take up another verification quota.

How do I download the updated version?

We will be constantly updating our app. Please visit our website for the latest updates versions.

The app is running fine but I am not hearing any sound or background music.

  1. There is a “mute” button on the side of all iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), please check if it is on or off.
  2. For Android devices, there is usually a volume adjust button, check to see if you can turn up the volume.
  3. Ensure your device is not on mute.

The app is running fine but my screen dims down after awhile.

Check your device’s setting and turn off the automatic lock screen function.

The app seems to be working but the screen is not showing any special effects.

If this happens, please ensure that other apps are closed. Sometimes, other apps running on your device may be using your device’s camera.

The APP is lagging.

There is a high possibility that your device does not meet our hardware requirement. Ensure that your devices’ version matches what the product requires.

Is Color Pop suitable for children at any age?

Color Pop is suitable for children 3 years or above. We suggest children under 3 be accompanied by adult to play with Color Pop.

Is Color Pop safe?

Everything included in Color Pop is either made or purchased 100% in the U.S. You are rest assure that Color Pop conforms to all safety requirements necessary in the U.S.

Is it a must to use the crayons in Color Pop to show special effects? Can I use my own coloring tools?

Feel free to use your own coloring tools, such as watercolor, and colored pencil on the Color Pop coloring book.

My children love the stickers very much, can I buy it seperatly?

Can I obtain extea AR Book activation cards if I lost it?

Unfortunately, we only sell our products as a whole set. We can not provide a replacement card if you miss it.

My children is still young, can I turn off the app’s sharing function?

Unfortunately, it can not be turned off.

Why will the Color Pop unexpectedly quit after successful validation?

  1. The mobile devices do not have enough memory space or low RAM space, clean up the devices space and cache.
  2. It is a common scenario, you need to restart the APPs and access in again

The purpose of the limitation is to protect copyright of our products, and to avoid privacy copies.

Why there is no response when I use the camera to scan the image

Put the the Color Pop into moderate brightness place, and adjust adjust the distance between the mobile device and Color Pop.

After scanning the QR code, why does it show an error?

Your downloaded app and AR stroy book version must match in order to verify.

Your camera on the device may be out of focus, you can tap the screen and ensure it focuses correctly.

Are AR Book’s ink and paper safe for children?

Yes. All the AR Books kit products are Made in USA. all the ink and paper are comply with the US Children Safety Standard. Please do not worry about it.

I lost one of the cards, is there a way I can replace it?

Unfortunately, we only sell our products in sets. We cannot provide a replacement if one or more card is missing.

After activating the app, my device is showing a black screen? What should I do?

If you do encounter a black screen, it is most likely due to a restriction to use the camera on the phone. You will need to ensure you allow your phone to use the camera in order for the app to run.

Why are there only 3 languages to switch from?

Even though language learning is proven to be more effective when started at an earlier age, it is more effective to grasp the foundation of different languages. We choose the three major global languages, English, Spanish, and Chinese.

Besides language learning, what are the benefits of this product?

Our product combines vocabulary, images, sound, and animations in one, to foster children learning while playing. Learning can be fun and effective when children get to interact lively with some of their favorite characters. From these interactions, children are given the opportunity to explore, develop, and grow.
